Q: How long after I place my order until the item will arrive?

A: Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for transit time. Most orders can be expected within 3-7 business days after payment. Tracking #'s will be automatically emailed to each buyer.

 

Q: How does your return policy work?

A: We offer a 100% refund on the purchase price, less the original s/h price. In the event we offer "Free Shipping" the actual shipping cost will be non refundable. This means the actual shipping charge is built into the delivered price of the product. Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost back to us. The item must be received exactly as it was when it arrived. If there are any damages, it can void or delay the RMA process. If you need to return an item, contact us for an RMA #. (RMA #'s are required)

 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: We insure each of our packages. In the event there is damages, we will file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. They will generally come and pickup the product for inspection. All original packing materials are required, otherwise the shipping carrier will reject the claim. *DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

 

Q: Do you allow local pickups?

A: Yes, local pickups are no problem. Some large items might have a warehouse pickup fee, please contact us directly and let us know which item your interested in. Please remember, state law requires we collect state sales tax on all pickup orders! There are NO exceptions. Orders are only sales tax exempt if they are shipped out of state!

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts if I buy more than one item?

A: Yes, we have different discounts in place, depending on how many items you buy. The more you buy, the greater the discount will be. Generally on just a quantity of 2 or 3, we cannot offer any discounts. Please contact us directly and let us know which product.

 

Q: I would consider selling your products, will you drop-ship to my customers?

A: Yes, we do have a drop-shipping program. Please contact us directly, let us know what state your in, and how you plan to sell these products.

 

Q: I'm located in Canada, does your s/h charge include duties and taxes?

A: No, our s/h price does not reflect any duty or customs charges. These are generally 8 to 15% of the declared value, depending on Canadian customs, and the category of the product. We do ship to Canada regularly. Please contact the Canadian customs department for more information on customs and duty charges.
